A long and interesting letter from Moa’s cottage Johannesdal in Ösmo, where Harry Martinson had joined her just six months earlier. (Moa and Harry were to marry in October of 1929.).
It is an important letter, discussed in Sonja Efurths book “Harry Martinson och Moa 1920–1931” (1987, pp. 141–2), about the couple’s everyday life and writing in 1928 when Martinson was preparing his first book (1929).
(Harry Martinson was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in 1974 jointly with Eyvind Johnson.)
