A detailed documentation of the nine sligthly different artistical knives which Swedish artist Anders Zorn designed and let a master knifemaker produce in 1904-1905, keeping two for himself and presenting the others as gifts.
The book came about in co-operation with the Zorn Museum at Mora following the author’s discovery – and purchase – of a previously undocumentetd Zorn knife at auction in 2012. The whereabouts of two knives remain unknown (the ones presented to Carl Larsson and Prince Eugen).
The book is in Swedish but the captions of the pictures are given in English as well, and there is a special chapter about Anders Zorn’s friend Carl Larsson’s collection of Sapmi knives.
